美正式对LED产品、系统及其组件启动337调查
据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2019年6月20日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定LED产品、系统及其组件（1）（2）（Certain Light－Emitting Diode Products， Systems， andComponents Thereof （I）（II））启动337调查（调查编码：337－TA－1163、337－TA－1164）。
2019年4月30日，美国Lighting Science Group Corporation ．， of Cocoa Beach， FL、美国Healthe， Inc．， of Cocoa Beach， FL，、美国Global Value Lighting， LLC， of West Warwick， RI向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7，098，483、7，095，053、8，506，118、7，528，421、8，674，608、8，201，968、8，967，844），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
